"The Biggest Loser"

Salam to all,

Pernah tak layan biggest loser? Smlm tgk biggest loser asia 'FINAL' ep, so berkobar2 nak masukkn entry ni. Realiti tv mmg slalu bg impak yg besar pd penonton, my sis pun x terkecuali. Yelah.....bila da tgk contestant yg rata2 mmg sgt2 unhealthy, gemuks2....tp sgt komited, 24-7 atas threadmill je.....pastu every week hilang beberapa kg.....itu sgt mengagumkn. So kita yg kt umah ni, terus je naik smgt utk amalkn gaya hidup sihat, nk kurgkn berat bdn, nk exercise, nk itu nk ini.

Sama kes la mcm kakak kita. Dia pun terus berkobar2, berazam nk turunkn berat bdn. Hari2.....training lari atas threadmill, heheh. Setiap kali mkn, msti kira brape calories intake. So, tercipta la kad birthday ala2 biggest loser ni. Kad ni my sis nk hadiahkn utk husband smpena birthday. As requested, luar kad, training atas threadmill........kt dalam.....tadaaaaa, hasil lps berhempas pulas, ofcourse la ada hasilnya kn. Ternganga cik abang kita tgok. hahahahah. Tp hr ni jarang da nmpk kakak atas threadmill, aiiiii....tkkan da give up kut. hehehe...tade lah...kakak bz kja, tp at least hr2 dia jln kaki pg kja, blk kja.....naik bus.....naik tgga turun tgga. Bdn pun mcm da susut sket. Ok la tu kn....

Haaaaa.....kpd warga shah alam, sila2 la berkunjung ke kdai optical kakak kita ni ye. Kat sec 7, Jln Kristal - FERLINA EYECARE.... Frame, lens....at reasonable price, services is friendly.....tiptop. Great discount for regular customer!! ye ke? haaa...yg tu aku pndai2. Muaahahahahaahha. Tp serius, klw nk dptkan khidmat nasihat pnjagaan mata, contact lens, nk check mata etc.....datangla beramai2, my sis n her husband, they r optom from UKM. Berbaloi2;))

FRIENDSHIP FOREVER

Salam semua....

Bulan ogos hr tu, BFMI terima order ni dari cik azilah. Azilah nak hadiahkan pd kwn baik dia, her bestfriend forever sbgai tanda mghargai pershabatan dierg. Hurm....terharu bfmi dgr. Yelah, bkn senang nk cr kawan baik dunia akhirat, dan bkn senang jgk nk jadi kwn yg baik. Btul tak? Tp kt dunia ni, sape yg x pnah ada kwn baik kn? even bestfriendsmadeit ni pun wujud, atas dasar persahabatan tau....chewwahhhh....

Bagi azilah plak....definitely she wants her bff to feel very2 special and feel blessed. So she requested a friendship theme pop-up card to describe the sweetness of their friendship;). To translate it into a card, BFMI had come out with the idea of FRIEND + SHIP. There's a friend, there's a ship....jd la friendship kn? Not just that laaa. The idea probably shows how they make it thru all the bitter and sweetness of being a friend like traveling a sail boat in the ocean.....sometimes the wave is rough and sometimes it is calm. so its depends on us on how to complete the journey with our besties.

Okla, utk akhirkn bebelan hr ini, bfmi ada 1 teka teki (ngade2 BFMI ni)

"there are big ships and small ships but what is the best ship after all??"

jengjengjeng....jwb jgn x jwb....hehehe

layannnnn......

On Graduation Day.....

Salam to all....

A lil update today for those who wanna know =p. This is graduation card ordered from my friend Yusliza. Yus ni kwn ms sama2 blajar di KISAS dulu dr form4-form5. Kiterg ni classmate, me, norli, yus n ada lg 7 akhowat/sisters n kami semua sgt2 rapat smpi ke hari ni;), even x jmpa sgt sbb masing2 bz dgn urusan masing2, tp aura persahabatan tu masih terasa, maybe sbb kt KISAS dulu ukhuwah (chewwah) sesama kami ni kuat kut ekekke.

Yus order 2 card graduation ni utk konvokesyen kakak n adiknya, 2-2 grads UKM ke38. Klw perasan, this is a remake of previous version...mmg mcm da jd trend, card konvo msti customer suka pilih kad yg ni (mmg tade pilihan lain dah pun, hahahah)....with some additional of their favourite cartoon character. BFMI pun mmg suka buat card ni;) simple yet attractive...hehe. But these 2 are a 2in1 card, graduation + birthday wishes, still not much different anyhow except for the birthday wishes quotes inside.

Yg x tahan nya, Yus request her sisters pakai tudung ibu endang blink2. tudung ibu endang? hahahaha, x pnah dgr...... Apape je lah for u my dear yus;)......ok tak dia punya blink2 tu? hehehe. Tp jubah tu, x dpt nk create sumthing that reflects 'UKM products', sbb jubah UKM kan colorful.....different colours represent different faculty (xdapek den nk clarify faculty mane, kaler apa... huhu)....so klw pg ukm time konvo, bley tgk berduyun2 manusia dgn jubah warna warni;-)....so end up, jubah kaler dark blue je lah yg mampu kita buat....Yus pun x kisah sgt. Apalagi, jom tgk kad...

Ni utk adik yus with her feveret cartoon i guess.

Sape x knal sin chan kan? comel n nakal

Father-To-Be on his Birthday

Haii semua,

Entry kali ni kad birthday ordered from amera. Miera ni kawan seangkatan masa study kt uitm dulu. Now miera is an architect and a mum to be, tgh menghitung hari;-), seronok kn? So.....untuk menambahkan keseronokkan lg, miera plan nk wat suprise utk her beloved husband's birthday. Idea Miera is simple but interesting.....dalam card tu dia nk ada sorg lelaki (which is her husband), pakai jersi Arsenal (wah....ini pnyokong tegar arsenal ni)....pastu....haaaa ada miera jugak kt sebelah tu, perut tgh mengandung. Miera nk buat seolah2 mcm dierg tgh berangan pasal baby. So, BFMI try develop idea tu....biasanya, klw ibu2 mengandung, yg excited kn suami dia....so BFMI pk nk buat sang suami ni berangan extreme la sket, yg ibu rilek2 je. Hahahha. Jeng jeng jeng.....jadilah mcm yg kt bawah ni. Husband miera excited tolak stroller keliling taman, da x sabar nk bergelar seorg ayah la tu. Congratulations to both of u

It's a movable card.

That guy and the stroller will slide once the card is opened
